The SSCA extends its sincere condolences to the family and friends of young cricketer Ben Austin who died Thursday after being struck by a cricket ball at a training session. Our thoughts are also with the Ferntree Gully Cricket Club community.
As a mark of respect, the SSCA Committee supports any teams wishing to wear black armbands or observe a moment of silence before tomorrow’s matches.
